"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

… since my last visit here, so I dout there's still anyone here reading this. In the meantime I've nearly worked myself to exhaustion with writing up my master thesis while starting a new career in a completely different area. It's truly amazing what you can do as long as you know that it won't take that long anymore before you're really finished and can do what you want. It was quite a bit of stress since I've had to keep juggling two side jobs to earn a living, but I suppose that's what you get for being indecisive as long as I was. Still, I really didn't want to start a new degree without finishing the first one; it's been too much work to throw everthing away like that. Furthermore, now I'll at least have two degrees if everthing goes according to plan. Too bad none of my (potential) degrees have much chance of getting me a job …
By now, I'm almost finished with my thesis, and since I've spent the last three weeks practically living in the library and today is Sunday, I think I deserve a break. So here's a little collection of inspiring works that make you …

Current Projects
I've revived the idea of working on my manips, even though I haven't had much time or inspiration lately. But I hope that will get better soon. I have currently one work in progress that is about half finished, loosely based on Alice in Wonderland, which seems to fit right now what with the new movie, though I started this work last year already, even if no one will believe that now. I'm still not quite content with how the picture turned out, so I'll browse some tutorials. Maybe I'll find something there to give me just the right hint what to change to improve my work.
